Our Story
It began in 2019, when Nixon and Roslyne — engaged, and already bound to this country — decided to build the journeys they wished existed.
They had spent years by then in Tanzania's lodges and game vehicles: twilight drives in the Serengeti, a canopy of stars over Arusha, the quiet ceremony of choosing a tanzanite by lamplight. What they kept returning to was never the luxury of any one place. It was the feeling of being looked after by people who knew the land.
Lorexsafaris takes its name from theirs, Nixon and Roslyne, folded into the name of a life built together. Everything since has followed the same idea: a journey planned by hand, for the people taking it.
